EXTENDED HOURS APPOINTMENTS, Posted or Updated on 7 Dec 2016

We are excited to be part of this new service, offered by Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance, run by GP's for Coventry & Rugby practices. Extended Hours appointments are there to extend the working day for GP's. These are regular, routine GP and Practice Nurse appoinments. They can only be booked through your Practice Receptionist & are not to be confused with the Walk-in or Out Of Hours service.

GP & Nurse appoinments are currently available at

City of Coventry Health Centre (ground floor)

Tile Hill Surgery, 60 Station Avenue, Tile Hill

Wood End Surgery

Appointments are available every evening 6.30pm-9.30pm Monday to Friday & Saturday & Sunday mornings for all registered patients.

Reception staff can book for you during Surgery opening hours only.

The GP's & Nurses will have access to a small amount of your current medical history. All information during your consultatiopn will be entered into your medical record and will be available for your Practice GP or Nurse to see. Before any appointment is booked and confirmed, you will be asked to provide consent for sharing of this information.
